At SKYWAY BRANDS REGINA INC., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations.
