Job Summary

Groupe C.T is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and prospects
  • Engage in sales activities to qualify business opportunities and close deals
  • Influence customer purchasing decisions and overcome objections
  • Negotiate profitable agreements and contracts
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Contribute to team initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Experience in the document management or multifunctional devices industry (an asset)
