About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Vicone High Performance Rubber. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architectural glass and glazing industry, as well as other emerging markets.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including architects, engineers, and manufacturers.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and opportunities through networking, trade shows, and other business development activities.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and expand our market share.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
