Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Specialist at Groupe CT, the leading independent player in document management experiencing rapid growth, your primary focus will be on developing and expanding our client base. This involves actively building your network through various networking events and initiatives.

Your Role:
- Maintain a comprehensive prospect database.
- Engage in commercial activities to identify and qualify profitable business opportunities.
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by highlighting the value of our solutions.
- Effectively address customer objections and overcome potential obstacles.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Participate in training programs to stay current on the latest company offerings and industry trends.
- Actively contribute to all team initiatives and projects.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development role.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience within the multifunctional devices or document management industry is highly advantageous.
