Job Description

About the Role
Century Group is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional food experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Estimate and control food and supply costs
• Supervise and train cooks in food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques
• Prepare and cook meals and specialty dishes for guests
• Manage and maintain kitchen equipment and supplies
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve high standards of quality and service

Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in a senior cook or sous chef role
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and handling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
