Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Executive Chef will work in a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability:

The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
