Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Jacquie Geall - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market and sell appropriate products and services.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Marketing and Sales Collaboration: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong sales strategy is in place to drive business growth.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience is considered an asset, with a successful track record of meeting goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet sales and customer service targets.
- OTL and/or RIBO License: OTL and/or RIBO license is preferred, with the ability to obtain it if not already held.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive and achievable monthly bonuses, with an attractive commission structure.

- Base Salary: A base salary of $40,000+ per year, based on experience.
