Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Guillevin International, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate prices and conditions with customers and vendors, adhering to established criteria.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer service issues, following up to ensure commitments are met.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various product lines and systems, making informed recommendations to customers.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
