LUMINOR Environmental Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for entering, processing, and soliciting repeat orders from current accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Enter orders accurately and efficiently
- Solicit repeat orders from current accounts
- Support the outside sales team
- Answer technical questions and troubleshoot problems
- Build lasting and meaningful relationships with customers
- Process payments and conduct clerical support surrounding invoicing and order tracking
- Complete and file required documentation
- Collaborate on marketing projects from time to time
- 2-4 years of inside sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience; preference given to experience in the water purification industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Post-secondary education in business or communications is an asset
- Ability to receive feedback and adjust accordingly
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work within a team
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Strongly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
