Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Guelph, ON

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Jacquie Geall - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a key role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market and sell appropriate products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop sales strategies, and implement effective sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is considered an asset.
  • Goal-Oriented: Successful track record of meeting goals and targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • OTL and/or RIBO License: OTL and/or RIBO license is preferred, but must be able to obtain.
