Join our esteemed Assurance & Accounting team as a Senior Manager, where you'll provide strategic guidance and solutions to drive business growth. With our entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, you'll thrive in an environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead high-performing engagement teams to deliver complex compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls, and financial/accounting transactions.
  2. Purposefully utilize your industry expertise to drive exceptional client interactions, reports, technical work, and management presentations.
  3. Maintain a diverse portfolio of clients while deepening your understanding of their business operations, key risks, and areas for added value.
  4. Ensure seamless project planning, scheduling, and financial management, including budgets, WIPS, timely billing, collection, and variance recognition.
  5. Pursue quality control and apply specialized knowledge to proactively address issues relevant to clients' businesses, financial entries, and reports.
  6. Nurture relationships in the local business community, identifying new opportunities and contributing to competitive proposal development.
  7. Drive strategic and operational planning initiatives related to client and practice management, embracing innovative ideas to enhance workflow efficiency.
  8. Mentor and coach team members towards professional and personal growth by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of public accounting experience with a strong background in assurance and accounting services.
  • Extensive understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
  • Proven leadership, relationship building, and coaching skills.
  • Strategic planning and conceptual thinking abilities.

Compensation Package:

Our compensation package includes a highly competitive salary, reflecting the demands of this role, and additional benefits tailored to support your well-being and career advancement. The estimated annual salary for this position is £90,000-£120,000 depending on location and experience.
