Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join our team at Aon Hewitt in Montreal.

Your primary focus will be on the retention of existing client accounts and development of new revenue, including both new accounts and new opportunities within our General Industry business group.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all Aon resources to bring the best solutions to each client
  • Empower results for clients through innovative and effective solutions
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance
  • AMF license in commercial insurance or desire to obtain one
  • Bilingualism (English and French) with proficiency in MS Office software
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
  • DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
