About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at HM Mississauga Inc o/a Health Medica Mississauga. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Reception and Greeting: Greet visitors, clients, and colleagues, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Word and MS Office.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
