Job Description

The General Manager - Food Service will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to optimize profitability
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure effective management
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
