Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate daily restaurant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to organize daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
  3. Skillfully manage staff by recruiting, training, and supervising team members to achieve exceptional results.
  4. Negotiate with clients to provide catering services and utilize our facilities efficiently.
  5. Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, providing top-notch service to maintain a positive reputation.
  6. Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
