Salary

Job Description


This role will provide administrative and clerical support to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization and enhancing productivity. Key responsibilities include:



  • Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events
  • Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Liaising between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders
  • Managing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and necessary materials are available
  • Conducting research and compiling information for reports or presentations
  • Managing databases and information systems
  • Providing general administrative support, including photocopying and mailing
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
  • Tracking and reconciling expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies

Required Skills and Qualifications


A successful candidate will have:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
