HR Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking an HR Talent Development Specialist to join our team at BC Hydro. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time position.
- The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive, and relevant to our business goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR talent development and stay current with industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in HR talent development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
