About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Woodcraft Specialist to join our team at PBW Development Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality woodwork projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, read blueprints and determine work requirements, and schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
  • Skilled Craftsmanship: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials, and fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials, and prepare tenders and quotations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade, with a strong background in carpentry and project management.

You will be a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
