Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at W.P.W. Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Evaluate and analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
- Staff Management
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement staff development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food, beverages, and supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports
- Monitor and control cash flow to ensure that the restaurant is profitable
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
