About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge in areas such as food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu requirements.
  • Maintain Quality Control Standards: Work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on our restaurant's performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or culinary arts.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a food service establishment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
