Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including servers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer interactions.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or culinary arts.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be working in a team environment, and must be able to work under pressure to meet customer demands.
