About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on kitchen operations, including inventory, sales, and customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.

Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food preparation.
