Restaurant Operations Manager

Adecco Canada is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team in Pickering, ON. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, increased sales, and high employee retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Direct and motivate a team of 15-25 employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Financial Management: Assist in managing labor costs, cash control, and security procedures to ensure financial stability.
- Marketing and Sales: Help implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, food safety, security, and operational standards.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Skills: Ability to complete all internal certification programs, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
