Collections and Account Management Specialist

The Collections Administrator role at Chubb Fire & Security Group requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage departmental email inboxes, respond to customer inquiries, and perform various collections-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and resolve customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and send disconnect letters to delinquent accounts via registered mail.
- Confirm invoice receipt and payment process with customers.
- Complete administrative forms as requested by customers.
- Conduct collections calls for due accounts.
- Manage high volumes of incoming phone calls and follow up with customers.
- Assist with setting up pre-authorized payments by contacting customers.
- Update payment information for customers with PAP rejects.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in collections or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment are necessary.
- Self-direction and organization skills are critical to meeting month-end reporting deadlines.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
