Job Title: Accounting Assistant - Business Central Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at RS Breakers and Controls. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance team by performing various accounting tasks, managing accounts receivable and payable, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Controller to complete general accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  2. Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices, payments, and credit memos.
  3. Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and errors.
  5. Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics BC and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
