Account Development and Compliance Officer

**Job Description**
The Account Manager - CompassOne, Healthcare (Contract) will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans to meet the business needs of assigned sectors. This includes analyzing business needs and product requirements, implementing commercial changes, reviewing financial results & compliance management, and more.
**Responsibilities and Requirements**
Develop a strong understanding of the commercial and operational needs of the business
Create and develop project and action plans to source appropriate products to satisfy business needs
Influence and enforce compliance to Foodbuy programs thereby avoiding spend leakage on non-approved products/suppliers/services
Work with the sectors, analysts, and other internal stakeholders to proactively manage day-to-day processes
Proactively connect and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Steward commercial process to drive compliance and accountability
Identify process and commercial revenue and/or improvement opportunities to positively impact the business P&L
Facilitate and/or coordinate applicable process training
Post-secondary education, degree or diploma, in a business-related field
Supply Chain designation or equivalent preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel
3 years' experience in operations required; 2 years supply chain/procurement experience preferred
Demonstrated customer service and relationship building skills
Strong project and change management experience
Analytical and logical thinking ability as well as proven time management skills
Bilingual in English and French is an asset
