Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Office Manager to lead our financial operations team. As a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling budget and expenditures to drive business success.
Main Responsibilities
- Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
- Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Train staff on financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
