We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Herc Rentals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business relationships with companies and individuals within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow revenue within your territory through regular visits to customer job sites and offices
- Develop and maintain a network of potential clients and engage with them through regular communication
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired results and goals
- Maintain and exceed sales quotas by renting and selling equipment on a consistent basis
- Understand customer needs and market conditions to provide effective solutions
- Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base
- Support all team members to achieve sales goals
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience within the heavy equipment and/or construction markets preferred
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $40K, uncapped commission, and a commission guarantee for 3 months. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and a range of other perks.
