Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team at B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Process payments, calculate charges, and balance cash
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing software and computerized bookkeeping systems
