About the Role:
Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to drive the development and implementation of sectoral climate strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering RBC's climate commitments by driving strategy, project management, and analytics for emissions reduction target-setting.

Responsibilities:
- Support strategy development, project management, and analytics for emissions reduction target-setting with an emphasis on strategic problem-solving and economic analysis
- Drive the development of sectoral climate strategies, including research and analytical work relating to decarbonization pathways and maintaining an enterprise-level roadmap of action in each sector
- Support the implementation and coordination of sectoral strategies across lines of business, including the development of common enterprise-level frameworks and tools

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years of direct strategy experience in strategy consulting or within a corporate strategy function
- Experience with quantitative modelling and structured problem-solving approaches
- Exposure to corporate sustainability and/or sector decarbonization
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
