About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across our Money Mart and The Cheque Cashing Store locations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving results through strategic thinking, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies that encompass digital, retail, and traditional marketing approaches to promote sub-prime lending.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the sub-prime lending and credit space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with partners in retail, compliance, and product teams to understand objectives, develop strategies, gain alignment, and execute initiatives.
  • Affiliate / Partner Marketing: Establish relationships with strategic marketing partners to grow customer reach and optimize partnership mix to best achieve KPIs.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and optimize marketing spend, ensuring spend drives positive business results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with experience in money service businesses/sub-prime lending.
  • Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing, retail marketing, and traditional marketing strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
What We Offer:
