The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our North American strategy forward. As the AVP of North America Sales, you'll be responsible for defining our sales approach, capturing market opportunities, and building lasting client relationships.

This role offers the chance to shape our expansion strategy, lead high-impact enterprise negotiations, and build a collaborative, high-performing sales team that thrives on accountability, resilience, and innovation.

Your Impact
  • Strategic Market Development: You will develop and execute Carbon, Inc.'s North American sales strategy, leading your team to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Sales Execution: You'll focus on building and managing a robust sales pipeline, emphasizing actions that drive consistent, measurable growth.
  • Account Management and Growth: You'll build trusted relationships with key customers, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and growth, while ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Leadership and Team Development: You'll shape a high-performing sales team rooted in our leadership principles, encouraging resilience and innovation.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: You'll foster collaboration across the organization, partnering with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Revenue Enablement, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record in North American sales leadership, ideally in e-commerce or tech.
  • Change Management: You'll expertly guide your team through transitions and transformations, maintaining focus and morale.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is kept informed and engaged.
What We Offer
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
