The Opportunity
As our AVP of North America Sales, you'll drive our sales engine by defining strategy, capturing market opportunities, and building lasting client partnerships. Shape our approach to new customer acquisition, lead high-impact enterprise negotiations, and build a collaborative sales team that thrives on accountability, resilience, and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and execute a robust sales pipeline, emphasizing actions that drive consistent, measurable growth.
- Buid lasting, trusted relationships with key customers, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Lead from the front, championing Carbon6's expansion and fostering cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
- Mentor a high-performing sales team rooted in Carbon6's leadership principles, encouraging resilience and innovation even in challenging moments.
Your Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record in North American sales leadership, ideally in e-commerce or tech.
- Expertly guide your team through transitions and transformations while maintaining focus and morale.
- You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is kept informed and engaged.
Your Impact
In this role, you'll have a significant impact on shaping our North American sales strategy and driving revenue growth. You'll be a key advocate for collaboration across the entire organization and will play a crucial role in expanding our market share.
What We Offer
