**Job Description
**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an E-Comment Fulfilment Lead, who must be a motivated individual to help develop our e-commerce, and develop the new department at Fox Home Fairview Mall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the efficient processing of customer order, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment
- Monitor order queues and prioritize orders based on urgency and shipping requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies or methodologies that enhance fulfillment operations. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.

**Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Retail management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, order processing, and quality assurance in an e-commerce setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
