About the Role:

As an integral part of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow through the various stages of their visit. Your primary focus will be on coordinating appointments, retrieving patient records, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe physician orders and schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate the retrieval of patient records from Health Records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Manage simultaneous demands and remain composed under pressure
  • Perform cross-functional duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade XII or recognized equivalent
  • Minimum one year related work experience in a healthcare environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and satisfaction
