Clinical Operations Manager

CAMH, a leading centre for mental health and addiction care in Canada, is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. This part-time, permanent position involves working a flexible schedule (an average of 37.5 hours every 2 weeks) in a 24/7 environment.
The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree in Nursing, 3-5 years of experience working with patients with severe and persistent mental illness and addictions, and formal leadership/management experience within a unionized hospital setting.
This role requires excellent management and leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work successfully, both independently and in team settings. The successful candidate will also possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include providing after-hours clinical and operational leadership and support at CAMH, coordinating patient services and organizational activities, and making decisions regarding the best utilization of resources across the hospital.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
