Job Description
  • As a Clinical Coordinator on our Ambulatory Transplant team, you will utilize your expertise in nursing practice to facilitate effective management of clinical activities and coordinate patient care across the continuum.
  • You will perform patient care responsibilities, teach and educate others, participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, and engage in academic and research activities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Utilize specialized knowledge and expertise to manage clinical activities and coordinate patient care.
  2. Perform patient care responsibilities, including administrative tasks.
  3. Teach and educate others on best practices and new developments in nursing.
  4. Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  5. Engage in academic and research activities to advance the field of nursing.
