We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Maternity Care Coordinator. This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care to women experiencing complicated pregnancies.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the RN to work closely with our Patient Care Manager to provide antepartum and postpartum care to women with complex pregnancy needs. The successful candidate will have experience in ambulatory High Risk Obstetrical nursing and be able to cross-train in selected skills to support aspects of ambulatory care as needed.

The Maternity Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintaining all core certifications as a requirement of employment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Recent related experience in ambulatory High Risk Obstetrical nursing
  • Certification in Fetal Health Surveillance (optional but highly desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
