The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership and support in the development and implementation of clinical operations strategies that promote high-quality patient care and services.

As a key member of our Professional Practice Office, you will work closely with clinical and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our hospital during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also coordinate after-hours responses to crises and emergencies, providing support and initial investigations to ensure optimal management and communication of events.

This full-time, permanent position involves working a flexible schedule, typically averaging 37.5 hours every two weeks. You must be prepared to work scheduled shifts between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. during the week, 24/7 on weekends and holidays, and offer availability to provide additional support during planned and unplanned absences.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong management and leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will also need to have experience working with patients with severe and persistent mental illness and addictions, as well as formal leadership/management experience within a unionized hospital setting.
