We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Buttar & Sons Inc. O/A Comfort Inn St Catharines. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our reservations staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of guest reservations and requests.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Working Conditions
  • 37.5-44 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
