We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Pet Valu. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also supervise other workers, train them, and record minutes of meetings and seminars. Additionally, you will determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries. You will also compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory. Furthermore, you will arrange travel, make reservations, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. You will also set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, flexibility, accuracy, and client focus
