Franchise Real Estate Development Lead

We're on a mission to revolutionize the quick service industry, and we need your expertise to help us achieve our goals.

As a Franchise Real Estate Development Lead, you'll be responsible for driving franchise development through new store growth across Canada. You'll partner with Franchisees to plan, source, and select new locations, ensuring that our brand continues to thrive and expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new restaurants, forecasting timelines and assessing risks
  • Engage with the North American Development team to overcome development barriers
  • Provide field support to the North American Franchise team to execute asset portfolio strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of development-related experience, preferably in franchising or the restaurant industry
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to review and understand financial statements and other legal documents

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,000 to $92,400 CAD annually, plus bonus eligibility and benefits. If you're passionate about driving business growth and have a knack for development, we want to hear from you.
