Job Title: Franchise Development Manager

Reporting to the CEO, the Franchise Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our global footprint through strategic franchise development and support. This role requires a strong leader who can build business relationships, develop marketing strategies, and manage the franchisee selection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our company's global presence through franchise acquisition and sales
  • Lead all franchising development functions, including strategic planning, recruitment, and market analysis
  • Manage the franchisee selection process, including interviewing applicants and assessing suitability
  • Build business relationships with real estate business owners, brokers, and managers
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to attract investors
  • Meet growth metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of franchise sales and management experience
  • Strong leadership, negotiating, and organizational skills
  • Proven sales closer with the ability to adhere to an established process
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, brand management, and sales development
  • Technology savvy; working knowledge of CRM systems
