About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, planning and organizing daily operations, and managing budgets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality control programs, developing risk management plans, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines
  • Manage budgets and develop financial reports
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic security clearance
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
