About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A4S Immigration Services Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our administrative staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Office Management: Oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized office environment.
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Organize and facilitate staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service to support our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
