The role involves coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects;
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements;
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution;
- Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors;
- Liaise with stakeholders to address any changes or adjustments to cost estimates;
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools;
