Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Ashton Mechanical Group. This is a full-time permanent position, with an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000.

Job Summary:

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing construction schedules and milestones. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in project management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
  • Prepare construction schedules and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
  • Perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing systems and managing documents
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, business administration)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office and other project management software
