Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Kinetic Environmental.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction projects and workers on various sites
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Train or arrange for training of construction personnel
  • Evaluate costs and materials, making recommendations for cost-saving measures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying potential hazards and implementing controls
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers to establish relationships and negotiate prices
  • Monitor and inspect work in progress, addressing any issues promptly
Requirements
  • Degree equivalent to secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead and instruct individuals effectively
  • Analytical thinking, leadership abilities

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the company offers a range of benefits, including dental plan, disability benefits, and health care plan. The work term is permanent, with 40 hours per week, and the language required is English.
