We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budgeting and Scheduling
    • Prepare and submit project budget estimates, taking into account all costs and resources required for the project's successful completion.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and tasks.
  • Contract Management
    • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Quality Control and Risk Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Budget Planning and Analysis
    • Plan and manage budgets for each project, ensuring effective allocation of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • A degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Word, and Project software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
