About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at SUSHI & TERIYAKI. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, including sushi preparation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Prepare and cook meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
